Easy, Pre-cut Silhouettes

All you need to do is iron them on to a bright batik of your choosing.  With a rotary cutter and wavy blade cut around the edge.  Then simply fold top down over dowel and iron.  Attach a ribbon and you are now done. Hang in a bright window and enjoy!
